Rae is awesome! Cleaned my area rag in short amount of time using quality hypoallergenic products, because he knew I had little kids. Highly recommend it. Roy is kind, understanding, & professional from the get go. He picked up the phone the first time I called earlier on a Sunday morning. He quoted me an affordable price & I said yes. Great service at a great price! Rae was professional and pleasant. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning our carpets. The carpets haven't looked so nice since we moved into our home over 5 years ago. We are looking forward to suffering from less dust caused allergies and sleeping better at night. We had some pretty large pet stains on the upstairs carpet and I didn't think anyone would be able to get them out. I was certain the carpet was ruined. To my suprise our tech managed to completely remove them. He was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job! I will definately be calling them again!

If you need carpet cleaning or floor care, this is your guy. Rae did an amazing job on our worn and paint stained 13 year old carpet and made it look brand new again. Very attentive and responsive, Rae called us back right away and was able to provide a digital proposal for us the same day. This is the 3rd time using this company! This time we had them clean our tiles and Carpet. You cant even tell that 3 dogs and a 11 month old live here! You can just feel the cleanliness under your feet. Tiles look amazing and feel amazing. It’s hard to find a cleaning service that doesn’t break your pocket so we are for sure a loyal customer for life.

I just can’t say enough about this experience. Kind, courteous, professional, timely, an organization that goes out if there way to ensure a positive experience. Customer service as it was years ago in a day and age when many companies act as if the customer is a nuisance rather than the purpose of their company. And all of this at a price that beats the (nationally known) competition. This was such a good experience, I can’t wait till the carpet is dirty again to call them again.
