We had some pretty large pet stains on the upstairs carpet and I didn't think anyone would be able to get them out. I was certain the carpet was ruined. I just can’t say enough about this experience. Kind, courteous, professional, timely, an organization that goes out if there way to ensure a positive experience. Customer service as it was years ago in a day and age when many companies act as if the customer is a nuisance rather than the purpose of their company.
